Introduction
Sim's Hardware is one of the famous organisations which are
operating business in Australia successfully. It has around 138
stores all around the country and all its operations are executed
with the help of 10000 staff members. It is operating its business
under retail sector. This presentation is based upon the plan
which ensures that media and language which is used to
communicate with others are appropriate.

Detailed outline of goals and links to
organisation values
Goal of Sim's Hardware is to provide best quality hardware,
garden suppliers and building materials to its clients so that their
satisfaction level could be enhanced. It makes sure that the
products which are sold by it to all its clients are sold on lower
cost as compare to other rival companies. In order to provide best
customer experience top level executives of organisation are
working collaboratively which helps to enhance employee
engagement and their work quality.

Accountabilities and responsibilities to
individuals
In Sim's Hardware roles and responsibilities are allocated to staff
members on the basis of their competencies and abilities. I have
been selected for the role of CEO within the organisation and I
will work effectively for the post. In order to reach the
organisational goals different teams will be formulated by me in
which I will work as leader so that I can contribute in the
development of enterprise. Different operational plans will also
be formulated by me for the individuals who have been assigned
specific roles and responsibilities.

Adequate resources to allow the team to
achieve their objectives
In order to achieve all the long term business objectives it is very
important for the organisations to acquire appropriate resources
for the same. It can help to execute all the effective plans
properly and achieve the business goals. The resources which are
required by the teams of Sim's hardware are funds, human capital
etc. With the help of all of them teams in the organisation can
accomplish all the tasks successfully. If they are not having
sufficient resources then it will be very difficult for them to reach
the objectives.

work program outcomes
There are various individuals are working in Sim's Hardware
and all of them are having separate objectives. They are working
within the company for the attainment of all of them. Some of
them are as follows:
• Attainment of higher career growth.
• Receiving hike in salary.

Time frames for individual and team
completion of goals
In Sim's hardware long as well as short term goals are formulated
by managers and leaders in order to execute all the operational
activities in systematic manner. All the objectives which are
formed for a short period are required to be accomplished by
teams and individuals in less than one year.
All the objectives which are formed for long period do not have
any time frame which means there will be no time limit for teams
and individuals to achieve all of them.

Consideration of the environment and
sustainability
In Sim's hardware managers and other top level executives are
paying attention toward long term sustainability of the
organisation. For this purpose, environmental factors are also
focused by the company. CEO also makes sure that any of the
operational activity of company do not harm environment. If an
operation of the enterprise leaves negative impact upon
geographical area then it will directly affect the sustainability of
the business.

development
Sim's hardware is one of the largest organisations in retail sector
which is currently employing 10000 individuals. It is achieving
growth continuously which is creating opportunities for the
