INTRODUCTION
Leadership style assists the individuals to gives proper direction and also boost up
confidence level that directly leads to attain goals and objectives of an organisation. Thereafter
leader have an ability to influence the people towards work that leads to put their maximum
efforts towards firm's goals. Thereafter, the assignment is concentrating towards the strength and
weakness of a person in relation to leadership skills (Helms and Nixon, 2010). Thus, how this
weakness skills can be overcomes for adopting strategies and methods that assist them to
perform the work in most effective and efficient manner. For this, to overcome from the person
weakness regards to leadership that barrier towards reaching the company's goals by the
preparation of personal development plan
Personal Strength and Weaknesses
Strength
My strength and weakness is defined who I am? My strength helps me to become a better
person and my weakness also give me chance, how to become a better person (Helms and
Nixon,2010). Here,working in company my strength is that I am a quick learner and I am also
good in managing in time and I can easily adopt the new environment.
I have also an ability about Organised, because I know how to manage difficult things, so
that in the company, there are many deadlines is fixed, so in this way I would not miss the
deadlines which are important.
My another strength is I am independent in nature, when I go outside I can controlling
my time well.
My another strength is that I am a such person, who can create good relationship with my
co-workers and my superiors also. I also having good attitude
I am a person who are always trying to learn new things that are very adventurous and
which are suitable according to my interest or which I never meet before.
I also have a positive attitude and positive thinking too and I also having a kind hearted
attitude, when anyone was in trouble I am always ready to help them.
I believe that learning is a best way which improve ourself. My strength include good
analytical skill, good in computer skills. I am very fast learner when it come out i can find my
own knowledge of computer hardware and software. I am also a outgoing person, because I have
learned to communicate well with people. I also have a good leadership quality and I can also

handle high work pressure in company. so that in this way my strength that how can I capitalised
on them (Lindegaard,2010). My another strength in a company is that I am motivated, goal
oriented and organized in nature. My strength as people see that I can perform all the works and
complete them, which are provided by my employers. I also love meeting new people everyday
and Getting involved in new people.
I believe that everyone have equal right and ever person is free from sharing there ideas
in front of there senior. As a senior, I give chance to my juniors to share there idea with me and I
also listen every idea that they were provided to me or taking right action which are suitable for
the company.
My another strength is that I am creative by mind. Thinking new ideas by analysis or
researching in market I always support to my company as my creativity. I am also able to give
wise counsel to others. My another strength is that I am confident what I am doing, I am not
shrinking from my threat, challenges, difficulty or any kind of pain which I was face in
company, because I am brave and confidence in nature.
My last strength is that I have interpersonal skill. In this I can easily make a good and
friendly relationship with my co- workers which make them comfortable in front of me and I am
also understanding.
Weakness
According to me a person who have strength, they also have there weakness too. Weakness is a
chance that a person can overcome by improving ourself. In a company I feel that I have some
weakness which are strength of my co-workers.
My first weakness is that I am not taking criticism well and I am also impatient in nature
because I can not wait to receive new things in this company (Nikolaou,Ierapetritis and
Tsagarakis, 2011). Sometimes it make in trouble. My another weakness is that I am lazy in
nature,so that due to my laziness I miss some good opportunities which are best for my future.
My another weakness is that I get easily bored during the things which are same. I also
take some things personally, according to me as working in professional areas, a person should
also behave like a professional, but as emotional in nature I have lack of professionalism.
My greatest weakness is that I am perfectionist by nature and I also want that everything
be done as according to with perfections. I am a person that believes that work is to be done right
in first time.

My another weakness is Communication problem. I can not communicate by ideas easily
as I want. Sometimes, in company have a right ideas that I want to deliver my seniors but due my
communication problem I cannot deliver the ideas as the way I was thinking of it was really
delivered to the others.
I also have weakness of Non-verbal communication problems. I cannot express to my
co-workers with the help of expressions, body language.
Hence, we know that we all have strength and weakness too in our life. In my life I have
my weakness that limit me. All those weakness give advantage as well as disadvantage too. To
overcome my weakness, I can up my mind and used my sense to make me in the path of growth.
So that, to overcome my weakness firstly I should be honest with myself. I should not wear a

2010). So that I should to identify my weakness, after finding my weakness, the next step is that
in which cases it prove that I am weak in any kind of field and also find out the reason that why I
am weak in a companying comparison my co-workers. The step is that I should decide or make a
plan so that I can beat my weakness. After that I also need a support to overcome my weakness
too. So that I can that every person have there strength and weakness and to use your strength is
a ability to do a work and to take your weakness is a art of to take our weakness seriously and
work on it. In this company I always try to overcome my weakness and to focus on goal.

Organisation are now increasing aware of invest in its workers and for this they always
alter the structure as well as process in the workplace. For this, most of the organisation are
needed to conduct the training and personal development programmes regularly to enhance the
skills and competency level of workers. Thus, it leads them to updated continuously with the
latest technology that helps them to keep their knowledge and skills improves. Apart from this,
managers also increasing their competency level by taking in the personal development plan. It
also leads them to updating with their knowledge and skills throughout in their work lives (Ward,
2016). Thereafter, personal development plan is the long term process that are continuously
improving, nurturing, shaping. It ensure that the workers and managers gain effectiveness and
also gain employability skills in most effective manner. The main advantages from the personal
development plan for the individuals is that they enabling them to enhance their performance and
reach its full potentiality at every level in their career path.

member and gives presentation in front of audience. For this, I prepared a personal development
plan for the purpose of enhancing my personal skills and competency level that leads me to attain
my personal objectives and goals in most effective manner. Thus, below there is a personal

From the above personal development plan has been made for a one year through I am
able to enhance my personal skills. I had founded that there are some skills that are major lacking
skills inside that does not allowed me to competing the work in most probable manner. For this,
in needed to prepare the PDP plan to overcome from my weakness that are required to meet the
desired outcomes. Furthermore, communication skills is main problem that are arise while
conveying message to the persons in that workplace. The issue regard to this is that I feel more
hesitating to put my view point in front of other that leads me to put down and no able to show
ideas. For this, it is needed to improve my self so, I prepared a PDP under which the resources
that are using for the purpose of overcome from weakness is a English coaching courses and
watch English videos. Thus, the action that are required to enhance my skills is that I start
attending the English courses on regular basis, try to speak in front of public that boost up my
confidence level and participating in the decision making process.
The activities that are done to improves my problem solving skills can be improve within
6 month time frame. Afterwards, the another skills is needed to overcome is the problem solving
skills. I founded that there are various situations are taken place in the workplace in which I am
not able to solve them at my personal level (Ward, 2016). Therefore, I also analysed that at the
critical situation I needs to take advice and guidance of other people that reduce my efficiency
level and lose my confidence. Thus, the PDP plan made under which the resource is used to
overcome from weakness is the theories and concepts. Therefore, the action plan has been
prepared for the purpose meet the desired outcomes is that I attending the brainstorming and also
adopts the problem solving strategy. The time frame work for overcoming from problem solving
skills needed a 4 months. Therefore, I personally founded that I am unable to attract the audience
towards my expressing my views and opinions at the time of conducting training. For this, I
prepared a personal development plan in which I decided to overcome from my weakness within
the time frame work 3 months. Under this, a resources that are used to overcome from weakness
is that usage of graphics, video, picture and images in PowerPoint presentation. Therefore, under

this, I organised training programmes that leads me to presenting or expressing my words in
front of other that leads me to enhancing my presentation skills.
Advantages from PDP
The personal development plan has been prepared by me for a 1 year for the purpose of
overcoming from weakness that are needed to completion the task within the time frame. Thus,
from the personal points of view the resources, action plan and time framework I decided to
overcoming from my weakness. It helps me a lot as I am able to communicate with the other
persons in most effective manner. It assist me to increase my confidence level and motivation
level. Now I am becoming more professional in speaking with people at the workplace and also
expressing my viewpoints in front of others people (Dowling, 2014). Thus, the another weakness
is also successfully attaining my personal goals as I adopt the problem solving strategy. Under
this, any situations happen in the workplace I first identifying the main problem and after that
evaluating the main reasons to development of issues. Then after that, various alternative
solution are establish and afterwards finding out the most appropriate solution to resolve
problems. Therefore, the other weakness is a presenting skill which is overcome by adopting the
power point presentation. Under the action plan in which at the time of conducting training
programmes I used graphics, images and video in PPT. Thus, helps me a lot in expressing my
views points regard to subject matter and also able me to deliver knowledge to the people.

helps the person to overcome from weakness that are Problem Solving- It is a technique which
include identify the problems related to mobile and once mobile's problem are identified, next
step is to create a space or deciding a goals where we need to solve the problem of mobile and
monitoring it.
Exploratory Learning- It is a learning, in which end users analysis the system of mobile as an
own. It is refers to best fit in problem solving process. In this mobile is a best device for
communication. So learner can operate such device which support to problem solving process.
Situated Learning- It include to know the present conditions , that in which condition the mobile
was. This learning is the combination of cognitivist and constructivism approaches.
