Potential leadership style
The potential leadership refers to the adapt in the challenges and fetching new
responsibilities in the organisation. The potential leadership style can be described below:
• My leadership styles include to decrease the stress and to raise the positive environment.
• It also includes leadership quality by handling and influencing the groups and taking
decision within the company.

What are your key challenges?
There are several fundamental challenges that I face at the time of leadership-
• I am standing apart from those they leas and being arrogant and distancing. Me as a
leader of a team which leading to please other, loved, wanted
• On the other hand, I being in a perfectionist, directive, autocratic and not delivering
good results in a punctual way and leading by hypocrisy or incongruity. Furthermore,
sometime I lost affection-al intelligence and the clearness about effect on others.

Personal development to develop your leadership ability
It is necessary that I have to develop my leadership skills through discipline, learn to
follow, inspire others, keep learning, resolve conflicts.
It also exist to set concrete goals and promote them, motivate others, searching my
higher intention, be a discerning listener, develop situational awareness.
