common objectives of business. This report is based on the case study of Amazon Company
CEO Jeff Bezos in respect to his leadership style. Company was established in the year 1994
by the founder Jeff Bezos. Headquarter of the company is located in United States of
America. This report will be a reflection on the CEO of Amazon Company about his
leadership style. Precise approaches of the leadership of the Amazon Company’s CEO will be

Leadership style of Jeff Bezos
Progressive leadership style
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos follow the progressive leadership approach to meet the
objectives of leadership. Progressive leadership style allows CEO to guide employees of
company in such a direction which will guide the organisation to achieve its overall business
objectives. Progressive style of leadership has moved the CEO towards various employee
