Management is the function of managing all task in an organization such as controlling,
directing, planning, organizing, co-ordinations etc. With the help of effective management
program, company can achieve their goals and target. Whereas, leadership styles means

goals and objectives. Various types of leadership styles follow by an organization like
democratic, autocratic, laissez-faire etc.
Southeast Global bank is established in 1999 in Hong Kong. It provides various banking
services such as online banking, online bill pay, Telephone banking, auto payment services,
credit card advances, night deposit facilities, wire transfer, money order etc. This study
concluded the difference between management and leadership styles and also express about the
culture of organization. This study completely based on leadership styles in an organization. In
this study will discuss the leadership styles which is helping an organization for achieving their
objectives. Also, will critically examine of leadership style for organization and quality of leader
for create professional culture, trust, support in an organization. In this study will also critically
analyse the organization ethical and value based approach to leadership. Also, examine the
impact of culture and values; legal; regulatory and ethical requirements; and stakeholder needs
and expectations on leadership in the organization.
