about, what is value based leadership the first vision which came in my mind is, my class
monitor who always encouraged other classmates to work hard, try to maintain the discipline of
class, the main purpose behind this is to focus on the goals which helps us to become successful.
This leadership known as value based leadership which related with our life positively, this kind
of leaders play a best role in others life at their level. To read about this I completely connected
with my school days’ memories, with my friends who always support each other. In this aspect
they played a role of value based leader in other life style. To continue with this interesting topic
of leadership I think about a person who works in an organisation with 100% of capacity level
and after all that he faces some issues, at this point another person who takes responsibility to
correct or solve this issues in a positive manner, support and helps the person who is actually
responsible for that, this is called participatory leadership. When I start reading on this I found
many things related with our practical lifestyle. Somewhere, we guide someone on specific topic
or gave advice on the basis of experience it is a kind of leadership. To relate with this, it is
concluded that found many persons as a role model of my life, they inspired and motivate me in
a beautiful way. I think this leadership is little bit difficult for practical lifestyle but some persons
are able to handle these situations with peaceful mind. The other kind of leadership which called
situational leadership related with a particular situation where we have to understand first that
what is actual situation and to think that how to deal with it. In this I thought everyone is a leader
in their life because everyone faces many situations and deal in proper manner. Firstly, we all
keep our mind cool and calm then started thinking that what should do to come out from the
situation. In this case everyone plays a role of situational leader in their own life. It can be said
that situational leadership is completely based on practical life. When I started this project I don't
know about the approaches of leadership properly and have no idea that how these work in our
life style but with the flow of this exciting topic I understood many concept of leadership, along
with reading I enjoyed and connect this interesting topic with real life.
