He has a strong and dynamic background in the liquor industry because Mr. Bradford Leon was
chief executive office at wine retail company prior to Woolworths. Along with this, he is an
effective entrepreneur and retailer measured by discipline. He focuses on the needs, demand and
requirements of the customers to increase and enhance the sale of Woolworth’s group. To
understand and analyze the needs and demand of the customers, Mr. Bradford Leon understands
the Australian market and evaluate the risks of the market. In addition, he maintains track record
for growing valuable business and developing the employees in the organization. He worked on
a large number of acquisition and improvement programs with many of the leading retailers
