not only focus on profit. Leadership requires traits and skills that go far beyond the
management duties. In order to be an effective leader, one has to manage all the resources of
the firm or the organization (Morgeson, DeRue, & Karam, 2010)
Donald Trump and Bill gates have different leadership styles. The president of United
States of America is Donald Trump and he has a “Me Centric” leadership approach. Donald
Trump takes decisions thinking about his benefit and not the country’s benefit. Usually “Me
Centric” leaders do not care about what is happening to the followers and they prioritize
things according to themselves. On the other hand, Bill gates the CEO of Microsoft and had
an “Authoritarian style” of leadership (Müller, & Turner, 2010). This style of leadership is
something that makes Bill gates an innovative and conducive leader and one who controls all
the aspects that hinder the performance of the followers. This type of leadership is very useful
as it helps in emergency situations when quick decisions are required.

Bill Gates, Humanitarianism and Philanthropy are two leadership roles that are very
