Leadership is a process in which leader guide individuals towards accomplishment of
organisation goals and objectives in a well defined manner. With the help of this workforce can
be effectively lead towards organisational objectives with cooperation and coordination (Muller
and Turner, 2017). Thus, it has been evaluated that leadership is one of the most important aspect
with the help of which organisation can lead their workforce towards more successful growth.
There are different types of leadership styles such as transformational, transactional and laissez-
faire. All these are most essential styles of leadership which will help an enterprise to improve
employee's performance and productivity easily. For this report, Wick Hill is chosen computer
hardware and software organisation. Along with this, main purpose of doing this research is to
identify significance of leadership styles on performance and productivity of workers within
Wick Hill.

CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
A literature review is most essential section of research project which will help in
identification of gaps in previous study (Sfantou and et. al., 2017). In this part of research all
objectives and questions of research will be address in systematic manner.
According to the Susan Ward, 2019, Leadership introduces as an art of encouraging a
group of individual to act towards accomplishing a common business goal and objective of
Wick Hill. Transformational, transactional and laissez-faire are identify most useful type of
leadership style which will directly impact on employee's performance and productivity within
an organisation.
CHAPTER 3: RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is essential process which will be used for accumulating reliable
data regarding the significance of leadership styles on worker's performance as well as
productivity also (Van der Voet, 2016). In this section different methods have been included in
which some useful methods are determined as under:
Data collection: In order to conduct this research, researcher takes advantage of primary
and secondary data collection method as to collect data in well effective form. For collecting
primary information, questionnaire will be applied whereas for gathering secondary data, books,
journals etc. sources will be applied (Zhang and et. al., 2015). Therefore both primary and
secondary source of data collection is useful for an organisation or researcher to collect
information in form of quality and quantitative.
