This report investigates the impact of various leadership styles on the performance of Folksam International Insurance Co. Ltd in Sweden, utilizing a descriptive research method and stratified sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis. The study reveals a positive correlation between democratic and transformational leadership styles and company performance, while autocratic leadership showed a negative relationship. Increased permissive leadership also positively influenced performance. The research concludes that transformative leadership has a significant positive relationship with the insurance company's performance, while autocratic leadership exhibits a weak negative correlation. The questionnaire used explores various aspects of leadership transformation, autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership, and their perceived impact on the company's performance, including customer service, profitability, employee creativity, and overall performance.
