There are various leadership styles which is used by different kind and size of organisation for
the better functioning of the employees and the team members as this is the way by which an
employees are also get motivated and this also lead in increasing the level of profitability and
productivity level of the employees and the organisation by the leadership styles. These are the
styles which also help in maintaining the sustainability of the business and this also lead in the
high market growth and share rate in the industry as this also helps in changing the behaviours of
the employees and can lead into the continue learning. This is the report which is based on

change in the working environment of the business for the effective working of the business as in
the millennial generation all the leadership styles which is used and it is used to manage all the
goals and objectives which can also help the team leaders and the managers of the business to
identify and analyse new and better opportunities for the business and this also leas in developed
new knowledge, skills and experience for the better use of resources in the business and also
balances the personal and professional life equally and allows more flexibility to the organisation
and in there operations and functions(Al-Malki, and Juan, 2018). This generation basically believes
in the gaining new knowledge and skills from the surrounding rather than money as in an
business everything is considered important for the better upliftment in life. Leadership styles
helps the business for using better and effective leadership styles on the employees for the better
results and this can also helps in the effective decision making process by developing the
structure of the business in an effective manner. These leadership styles are also important for
developing the cultural management of the business which can be developed by introducing
various reward and recognition system in the business which motivates the employees for the
better working and with the success and failure each employee learn new lesson and desire to
win and accomplish there goals in an effective manner for building the capabilities of the

challenge and this also allow a better decision making process by the employees of the business
for their own goal accomplishment and for an effective team. Leadership is known as an

fulfilling the vision and mission of a business with better functional and operational leadership
styles and this also leas in the effective coordination of each employees and also motivates them
for attaining there own and organisational goal with the better techniques and the advanced
strategies in the business and this also lead benefits to both organisation and the employees

to the business and leadership styles is important to be performed in the business as this allows
vision to the aims and objectives of the business for the better working of employees and there
operations and this help in building and encouraging the confidence of the employees and also
impacts in the better communication level can also help in making the effective decisions of the
business which allows them benefit and various advantages for the better leadership styles and
success in the business and this also fulfils the needs and wants of employees in an effective
manner(Adnan, and Valliappan, 2019). Leadership styles also guide the employee’s foe attaining
the long term goals which make the effective team for attaining all the aims and objective in an
effective manner with the latest resources and technology in the business(Hansen, and Pihl-
Thingvad, 2019).
There are various kind of leadership styles that can be implemented by the organisation for the
effective and better functioning of the employs and business operations in an effective manner as
the autocratic leadership style is used by many and millennials generation organisation for the
better functioning of employees as in this leadership styles all the decision is under the control of
main team member and has less part of the team members and employees of the business as in
this leaders take decision on there choice and these decisions are on the basis of ideas and the

styles which is used by these generation are democratic leadership and this is also called
participative leadership in these kind of leadership all the team members are involves in the
decision making process and this can also be applied in business, government and schools of the
business and in this all the opinions of the team members are encouraged and participate in the
decision making process and these kind of leaders should be a team players and fair minded
person as with the involvement of different opining there can even create conflict in the business
and employees can also became a part on conflict(Koo, and Park, 2018). Next kind of leadership
styles is democratic leadership styles and in this kind of leadership style the team members come
with the innovative and creative ideas and solutions for encouraging the different thoughts of the
team members in the business(Magbity, Ofei, and Wilson, 2020). The leadership style which is also
commonly used in the organisation are delegative leadership style as in these kind of style all the
team members take the decision and everyone is involved in the decision making process and in
this all the innovation and creativity is involved by the team members for managing all the
business functions and operations for the proper guidance for attaining the knowledge and the
technical for the decision making and this also helps in working in an effective and efficient
manner(Wirawan, Tamar, and Bellani, 2019). Another leadership style is transactional leadership
style and in this the focus is basically on the organisational performance and the employees
performance effective for the better productivity level of the organisation and this can be done
for motivating the employees for the better functioning of the employees for introducing the
reward and the recognition system in the business and this is done for the better growth and
expansion of the business and they can even use the various sources of motivation for attaining
the aims and goals of the business and this also encourages the employees and motivates them
for the best and this also increases the level of performance of the employees in the business and
these leadership styles helps in influencing the employees for the best and for the better profit
rate of the business(Farrukh, Lee, and Shahzad, 2019).

effective manner can enhance the level of profitability of the business and also lead in the better
