Introduction
In this report an analysis will be done over the concepts, definition and practices of
leadership theories and concepts. The importance and application of leadership theories are
also analysed. The concept of situational, transactional and servant leadership is also
described.
Trait theory of leadership

I can say that I possess self-confidence. I can handle the managerial tasks and
responsibilities very effectively and efficiently. A leader has to manage and motivate its
workforce to achieve the goals of the organisation. I can motivate my subordinates with the
help of my confidence and the very good knowledge about the work (Dinibutun, 2020).
On the bases of my educational qualifications and experience, I can say that I have the
sufficient knowledge about the job role and operational part of the Company. That is why I
can easily instruct and guide my subordinates with the help of knowledge. This trait in my

achieve his monthly target in spite of doing a lot of hard work (MM Walsh, 2020).
The Company has certain policies to deduct the salary of the employee, who was not
able to achieve his target but I did not follow the rigid leadership policies related to salary
deduction (MM Walsh, 2020).
In this case, I adopted the Situational leadership style which was the best suitable in
the case of that employee (MM Walsh, 2020).

for Tesla Company. He launched new electric cyber truck which is not only very good for

After analysing the cases of worst leaders I will strictly follow the business ethics in
my daily job related duties and tasks. I will also work on my interpersonal skills because
sometimes employees want to take the benefit from the current situation and try to avoid the
work and responsibilities. Simultaneously, I will try to understand the problems of my
subordinates for providing them correct guidance in work (DF O'Keefe G. H., 2019).
I will try to inculcate some important traits in my personalities like enhancing
knowledge in my work, updations with latest technologies and more interactive with the
subordinates. These traits helps me in becoming a powerful leader by directing and guiding
my workforce with the latest knowledge about the products and market (DF O'Keefe J. P.,
2019).
In the end, I would like to say that there is no exact style of leadership exists in this
world. If I would like to become a successful leader I have to do a lot of hard work and
research in order to properly understand the scenario (DF O'Keefe J. P., 2019).
