Expert power- When in-depth information is possessed by an individual in
the area for which they are responsible.
Coercive power- it is least effective . It includes forcing employees for
doing something against their will
Reward Power- Ability of rewarding the team members or employees
according to their work

Referent Power- It is the ability of attracting others and building loyalty
within the team members.
Legitimate Power- This is the formalized way to ensure that decision is
