Both of these assessment tools are the most accurate tools for conducting the survey of
leadership. Both help in assessing the best leadership style that can be operated in the
business.
In the first Self -Assessment tool “42” is the highest score, which reflects that the
participative style is the leadership style, which is most commonly used according to the
environment of the company (Clark, 1998).
Some of the nest leader founded that work out of the participative style & use the additional
two models as and when required in their business. The uppermost of all three scores indicate
the type of guidance, which is being currently using in the business.
The difference among all the 3 scores reflects that there is no specific opinion regarding the
management style.
The management who want to grow their employees always uses the participative style of
leadership. As the employee grows in their job, they are agreed with more authority and
responsibility.
