Leadership is said to be the person who influence the other people by his or her actions.

Leadership has different styles. following are the leadership styles:
Autocratic leadership style (in this style, leaders make all the decisions)

Coaching leadership style (in this, leaders are said to be the coaches who involve
supervising team members. it offers several benefits such as increasing the performance of
employees as well as boost their motivation)
Strategic leadership style (It is said to be the ability of a person to influence the other
people to make voluntary decisions and enhance the long term success of the organisation)
Transformational leadership style (Under this leadership style, leaders create the
innovative working culture by ensuring effective communication among the team members)
Laissez faire leadership style (in such leadership styles, leaders tend to delegate the
responsibility to the members of the team, and free them to work on their own. It provides the

Charismatic leadership style (these kind of leaders automatically attract the people
