INTRODUCTION
In order to present the report, researcher will develop the SWOT and PDP of themselves
in order to examine the current academic employability skills and also will outline how the
intend to use these skills to become a Hotel manager in Imperial Hotel.
MAIN BODY
SWOT Analysis
Strength
 In order to analyse the own skills and performance, I have worked with lots of people in
my internship process, that helps me to learn different dynamic changes happened within
the organization. I can work with under pressure environment of the business.
 In my educational career I controlled and managed my team-mates work that practices
nourish my leadership skills. This is the another strength of me that makes me a good
manager in future career (Abdalla, Youssef and Mostafa, 2019).
Weaknesses
 I have always confused to mark the priority task due to which my work has not been
accomplished on time. This is my biggest weakness that restrict me to gain managerial
skills.
 I have lack of technical skills due to less interest in technologies.
Opportunities
 I have 6 month experience of internship in high profile hotel, that helps me in my future
job opportunity.
 I have some unique interpersonal skills that might be helpful to achieving my future
objective.
Threat
- Experienced candidates can create threat for me in my future career to getting my desire
position.
