Mission: The mission of Sydney Opera House is twofold. One is to renew and put
value on the opera house for the development of the future and the other is to provide
inspiration and strengthen the community with its actions (Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).
Vision: The vision is to be bold and inspiring like all other Opera Houses
(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).
Goals: The goal of Sydney Opera House is to ensure that sustainability is maintained
and the theatre manages to provide entertainment to the people visiting it
(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).
Policies: The environmental sustainability policy of Sydney Opera House is to
maintain the commitment made to sustain the environmental sustainability
(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).

1. Choosing between presentation and training session
