INTRODUCTION
Talent management is determined as a practice in which organisation focuses on retaining
competent subordinated. It is the procedure used for adopting strategic human resource planning
in order to increase value of organisation and it is possible for company to meet its workforce.
The primary purpose of talent administration is to expand performance of organisation by its
operation which makes subordinate more productivity. This report is based on the company
named as TESCO. It is a retailing organisation whose main focus is to provide different kind of
services to its customer in order to satisfy them (Almajali and Tarhini, 2016).
The primal objective of organising investigation is to assess role of leader as well as
manager in development of subordinate. In assistance of this both leader & management possess
appropriate role in order to enlarge value of individual person of organisation and provide
advantage to them for retaining top talent within working atmosphere that results in higher
improvement of Tesco in retailing sector. At personal extent, it is important to provide support
that help in improving capability of research in achieving whole project of research in timely
manner. At academic level, it is important to improve knowledge of student in respect of talent
administration. The research proposal is important for leader that helps in finding data regarding
talent administration and it is significant within retailing sector.
