INTRODUCTION
Leading and managing change is the key role of
managers within an organisation which helps the
individual in coordinating and cooperating
employee activities towards business goals and
objectives (Harwiki, 2013). The poster is based on
key responsibility of managers that is team
development and group behaviour.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND GROUP BEHAVOUR
Team development in business play critical role as it is based on interest and working abilities of different workers. The managers are focused on diving team into
four segments in order to manage smooth and systemic organisation functions (Peralta and et.al., 2018). Generally, there are four types of team in an enterprise
that is problem solving, functional, virtual and projects.
However, group behaviour of employees in an entity depends on their interest, job function, work culture and interpersonal communication. As per
behavioural management theory, it is important for the manager to determine attitude of workforce within firm which depends on individual motivation, job
satisfaction and leadership style (Colquitt and et.al., 2011).
CONCLUSION
The poster outlined different approaches and theories which
drives group behaviours and team development within an
organisation.

Nine team role by Belbin are based on clusters of behaviour which
common at workplace. As per roles stated by Belbin’s theory, it is essential
for manager to be a team worker, coordinator, problem solver, evaluator,
resource investigator, specialist, momentous, implementer and finisher (The
Nine Belbin Team Roles, 2018). These all role of management helps the
individual in keeping logical eye over employee activities and setting high
standards to meet organisational objectives and goals. Thus, it can be outline
that these role of managers helps the individual in managing development of
team and influence behaviours of employee working in a group.
