When this project of the Katz fit-out was undertaking, project manager Tony Faultier has
left position in a Katz office fit-out and moved to abroad to join new job. So, this is necessary to
recruit any new project manager, so as to complete this entire project as before of 30 June as per

project manager, who should be capable to complete this remaining project. New hired project
manager will have to produces time to time report of work done and report it to the BOD and
owner & chairman of this business firm (Schipper, 2014). It was reportedly informed from team

which advices or opinions of a team people was hardly listened. For completion of this project,
project manager is in compulsive to have proper leadership skills, ability to listen to others and
also specialisation in carrying of any defined project in given time period. Definitely,
communication was major issue within this level of working or carrying of this complete project.
Of-course, new project manager is required to be equipped with an innovative skills or
competencies such as an effective communication & ability to interact with the BOD of the Katz
office fit-outs. The new project manager is required to report information such as time to time
delivering of this report along with current and actual status of work or project done till now.

5th May to 28th April 525 K
Overview of the leadership behaviour on this project:
Leadership behaviour is easy to understand, though perhaps requiring efforts to perform
consistently. The change in the behaviour gives every kind of a leader a forward path forward to
rise level of an effectiveness. This kind of behaviour could be learned from characteristics such
as charisma, seen inborn and more difficult practices. In this, organisational zoo model will be
used, in which emphasizes or analysis of an leadership behaviour of the Tony Faultier to suggest
further improvements into the leadership system and also recommendation on how it can be
implemented while recruiting for new project manager at the major extent.
Organisational zoo model is majorly talks on how a particular leadership acts or how I
behaves in respect of any project based aspects (Larson and Gray, 2017). After an investigation, I
was realised that Tony Faultier was using autocratic leadership in which he not allowed his on
team member to share views, idea or information at a major scale and also he acted as dictator
while playing own role. He was not responding to critical situation, while busy in the process of
work such as dealing with damage or leakage issues in order to protect weighting or loss to this
project. As a leader he was lethargic, bullying or even arrogant to people, when used to talk or
what work with. This is recommended for new project manager to use democratic leadership to
make team people to share their idea or an opinion in the decision making process for this firm to

complete this project. Active participation of the leadership is important and must be centric
towards completion of the left work of the office fit-outs before standard time set in same. Also,
new project manager is necessary to be equipped with defined skills or competencies along with
full of communication ability to reports to the board of directors and chairman of the Katz office
fit-outs.
Organisation Zoo model in context of the Tony Faultier and preferred project manager:
Tony Faultier:
This given Zoo model is about Tony Faultier who was the previous project manager in
the Katz Office fit-outs project. If talks in context of Tony's behaviour, he always arrogant,
always keep away him from team, dangerous and also acts in mature person way or manner. This
is what an observed behaviour of the Tony Faultier's.

Team environment and cultures:
In this project of the office fit-outs, previous project manager was lethargic, bullying and
arrogant due to which work of this project is under progress and has not reached to its desired
position till 1st of may. Existing team environment is comprises of autocratic leadership, in which
project manager Tony Faultier who was playing the role of dictator, in which he was denied team
member's to share their views or opinions at a bigger side (Silvius, 2015). A kind of dictatorship
was lies in the Katz office Fit-outs work culture which has simply brings down morale of a team
group in order to led an effective working at the greater side. In the previous time, Katz office
fit-outs has go for performance based salary, in which bonus to an employee's shall be paid on
basis of work done or performance done by them in given time period.
After the observation or investigation, finding says that team or people of the Katz office

at a major side. On this, this is recommendable to uses of the democratic leadership, in which

views or ideas of the team people is taken care and also must have decision taking freedom to
complete this project even before the stated time duration.
In order to brings more co-operative work processes, this is recommendable to use learning
based incentives to employee's which will simply help Katz office fit-outs to carry future projects
in given period of time. This learning will be observed by the managers of the Katz office, before
approving for bonus and incentives on the same basis. Hence, this ca be considered as a chances
to co-operative cultures, so that contribution or working of each team is must focused
accomplishment project goals of this firm (Koppelman, 2016) As, this was analysed that training
& development will be best way to enhances skills or development of a team member's to
optimises their skills or competencies in accordance to that one. This kind of the culture will led
an easy sharing of the information or knowledge by a team member's to an effective completion
of this project in the stated period of time or status. Here, transformation of a communication is
