Provide the members with the knowledge of the goals of the team as well as the
organization.
Must practice a proper communication pattern.
Must encourage the members for their effective and active participation.
Must seek for opinions and suggestions from each of the members and must increase
a team cohesiveness (Crossan et al., 2013).
Why there is a need to link team’s goals to meet organizational goals, plans and
objectives?
The leaders of the organizations must undertake individual team goals as according to the
goals and objectives of the organization as a whole. It is essential as the works of each of the
team will contribute to the goals of the organizations and will further result in appropriation
of the same. The differences in the goals of the team with the goals of the organization a
whole, will not enable the organization to meet its goals (Al-Asfour, & Lettau, 2014).
3. Therefore, in order to ensure, the outcomes, that is to ensure an increased
cohesiveness within and successful communication pattern within the organization, as
per the case scenario, the organizational leaders must,
Employ an effective pattern of communication within the team as well as within the
organization.
The leaders of the organization must also be clear about the roles and responsibilities
of the team members and must differentiate the same within the members
accordingly.
The leaders must also make the employees aware of the organizational goals and
values.

Finally, the leaders must make the employee understand how their role and
responsibilities are related to each other and the way failing to account to them in the
correct manner can affect the appropriation of the goals of the organization.
4. Using mobile phones rigorously, within the organizational background can impact
negatively upon the work culture of the organization. It will impact upon the
behaviours of the employees of the same. They will be mire busy in their phones,
which will lead to the lack of understanding of the requirements and also will lead to a
lack of cohesiveness in the workplace.
To deal with a certain situation, leaders can,
Provide the employees with proper guidelines or code of behaviours to be
maintained within the organization.
The organization can also practice the system of keeping the phone within the
cupboards, and can use them in very there hours.
If the guidelines to the particular individual does not work, then the person will be
provided with a warning from the management of the organization and if even upon
that the employees do not change the behaviour then the practice of cupboards must
be ensued within the organization.
