planning (Kirkpatrick, 2017). Vision is being considered as the comment towards gaining the
success. It is not only a dream, but also vision is something that makes person judgmental and
analytical towards demonstrating the idea.

In order to create vision technology has been used for creating the wealth. Vision has
been created by tuning the brainwaves into business (Spear, 2017). Therefore, for creating vision
ideas regarding technological creativity as well as global reputation is needed. Edge's vision was
to introduce new environment for fostering the technology in entrepreneurship.

Depending on the increasing values of the company, it can be assumed that the people
who are associated with this company are able to understand vision. In case of Generics, it has
been identified that due to facing failure in gaining new one, the creativity and innovation of the
company have been stifled for loss in stock market.

helped to sustain in the market.

In this study, High-tech solutions limited has been discussed, which is a UK based
technology firm. In order to expand its business, the company has decided to acquire a
competitive organization in southern part of china. In order to understand the working
environment in China, the board of directors have decided to research on the UK companies,
which have already entered in the Chinese market. In order to understand the working
environment in China for developing a team, it has become very important for the directors to
understand the culture in china. It cannot be denied that the collectivist working culture in china
can help the company to develop an effective team practices. If individuals will be appreciated
by the management, it can be assumed that the employees will be motivated towards achieving
their goals, which can help the company to deal with the competitive business challenges.

As per my understanding in order to maintain the team culture in the workplace, I need to
focus on maintaining the Chinese management culture in the workplace rather than following the

western culture. Different team working ideas can be introduced through the team campaign so
that the team working culture can be introduced. Before making any kind of changes in the
workplace, the traditional hierarchy of management in China will be examined. Depending on
the responsibilities and decision making trends, the further attempt will be taken.

It cannot be denied that in the individualistic culture, it is very difficult to form a team. In
this situation, it is very important for the management to introduce effective strategy that can
follow individuals’ values. In this situation, sense of identity can be developed through different
campaigns. It can also be beneficial in terms of providing training regarding the team work
practices. In case of Chinese market transferable leadership practice can be beneficial fir
motivating the employees towards working in a team.
