accountability level helps the members of the team for knowing the individual whether they are
seriously operating or not. It also helps the departments to know the areas of improvement for
the benefit of the organization.

benefitting the growth of the organization and also to execute the tasks in an effective manner.
Democratic leadership style
This type of leadership involves decisions of effective leaders along with the input of the team
members as well. The leader is known to take the final decision, but addresses the views of all
the individuals before coming to the conclusion (Davenport and Dunnick, 2018). This type of
leadership is considered as one of the most efficient leadership that is followed within most of
the organizational culture. This leadership style allows the lower-level employees for exercising
the authority of providing their views in a decision.
Laissez faire leadership style
In this leadership style, the leaders take a back step provides the employees with the authority to
take their own decisions and work as per themselves. In this case, the leaders are known to
observe and if an extreme situation arises, the leaders come in front to handle the situation.
Hence, this kind of leadership is known to be effective at sometime or rather rarely effective.
