The most important ethical issue which is commonly faced by ventures is technology and
privacy, an increase in usage and development of technologies the social media has become a
vital part of risking privacy information leaked in public (Kaabi & Sandhu, 2018). I believe that
a small negative disclosure from a corporate employee about the workplace, product
performance, production process and comments on product experiences has affected corporate
privacy. The ethical and social responsibility also includes health and safety and employees
behavioral approaches in regards to introducing proper coordination within the team members
(Sousa, 2018). I am averagely satisfied with the ethical and social responsibility foundation for

necessary to put the right person at the right time for the right person and to provide them with a
right course of responsibilities (Dimova & Pela, 2018).
I have faced divergence while allocating tasks to my team members, as I saw some of my team
members have better skills to handle specific responsibility, in this regards I have swapped the
roles for better results. The team divergent increase coordination and share of information, which
has the potentiality to increase information on every field developing expertise of the team
members while working. The usefulness of peer evaluation includes the application of successful
workplace practices introduced by other entrepreneurs, which helps team members to make
quick learning about certain skills and working areas. I think peer evaluation helps to understand
the working practices, decision making and their effects to reduce error making possibilities
while indulged in a specific work. In addition, the self-evaluation is another option which helps
an individual to learn ethical principles, code of conduct and employability values by their own
knowledge, learning and information gathered from different sources (Storey, 2016). I believe
that self-evaluation pouts a better understanding of the concepts of entrepreneurship its
principles, code of conducts and ethical considerations as it is more practical in nature. In
compare to self-evaluation, peer evaluation is theoretical in nature, which provides an overall
conception of the entrepreneurship regulations principle and practices. Thus, I support the self-
evaluation strategy to make learn to my team about the working process and skills that could
