Reflection
The following is the reflection of my own experience which I came across the time of
completing this project (Baldwin, 2016). It was about a month's ago, when out teacher provided
our class with n assignment of the topic “Leadership and Management”. Out teacher divided the
complete class in groups as the assignment was large so it took time for individual candidate to
complete it in the given period of time. In the class itself, it was decided about the completion of
this project in team. So this my was my first experiences when I was working in a team with the
students of my class in the project. So there was an involvement of five members in the team and
I decided to find out the relevant data for the project completion. As the project was big so it was
divided into five different tasks, the first one decided to write the content of the project, the
second one decided about the checking the content after completing by the writer whether the
information written is from valid source, is right or not. The third candidate decided about to
make PowerPoint Presentation of the complete work and the last candidate decided to make
rectification in the content which is needed to be rectified. So after, this everyone was clear with
their own roles and responsibilities with which they are required to do work. So the conclusion
of these efforts prove to come positive but the way we all passed was not an easy one.
So at the time when we all were provided with completing this task, there were several
feelings which strike into my mind at the time of leading this project. As this experience as
different from that of others (Breen and et. al., 2015). So I was feeling excited, fearful related to
my performance and also curious about how all these things are going to be for me. Other
members of the team were also curious, happy and feeling great in the team as they all were the
students of my class so it was not difficult for me to make myself comfortable with them. During
the event, there were several feelings which came into my mind such as fear, anxious, jealousy,
tension because the work was not going in the speed in which it was expected to go. So this was
the main reason of bad feelings. Other members were also stressed because one of the member of
our team was not performing well in the work as he was provided with to check the work again
which is needed to be rectified. In case of non effective performance of the work, it will not be
possible for us to get good marks in the assignment. So we managed all out time, in order to
cover the part of his work as well and gave extra time to the work. This made us to work in even

which is because of lack of performance of a team member that impacted upon the complete
performance of our team. In addition to this, communication skills, cooperation, interpersonal
skills also helped a lot in creating a good working environment in between the team members
and also helped in making the environment to be cooperative. Communication skills helped in
knowing and delivering of facts and ideas, leadership is important to guide the team members
and the importance of all these skills and competencies is possible to know for me because of
conducting this assignment.
In the vast majority of the work, I counselled to him, cleared by questions and made
everything clear to me with the goal that I can give my level best to the work in light of the fact
that for getting great outcomes, everyone in the group was required to work in proper way
because the result will be sure for all of us. Our group head move us to work appropriately and in
the correct manner which aided in making improvement in our exhibition and thus affected
decidedly on the general execution of the group. As I previously expressed that my work
somewhat extreme in light of the fact that the undertaking point gave to utilize an exceptionally
huge subject and it make disarray what information should I pick. This confusion emerge in light
of the fact that the view of each individual varies from one another (Reynolds and Vince, 2017).
