Introduction
The aim of the paper is to frame a proposal for an all-day in service in order to
enhance the professional development. The aim of the paper is to define the responsibilities
of the curriculum that need to be undertaken by the leaders, which will include their
development in the professional sphere. The proposal would also include the aspect of the
collaboration, motivation and training. The proposal would also develop the tools that has
been adopted by the professionals in order achieve the goals. The aim of the paper would
therefore be to analyze the impact of the same in terms of the assistance that it provides to the
teachers in achieving their goals.
Roles
The roles of the curriculum leaders or the coaches should begin with their
identification of their needs in the terms of their professional service. As such, the roles of the
professional should include their understanding of the needs in the professional scenario. The
same can be achieved through a group discussion upon the requirement of the issue.
The coach can develop the subject specific roles. For example if the leader is
concerned with the education on the department of English, the leader can carry out a rough
plan regarding how the teacher should move about the curriculum in their classroom.
Collaboration can be established between the teachers on the basis of their expertise
in particular domain of the functioning. Training can be undertaken in order to highlight upon
the attributes that the teachers should reflect upon in their teaching. The leader can conduct
dummy sessions where the teachers can be asked to provide a demonstration of the ways,

enhance the usage of technology and can act as a first step in integration of the same in the
