leaders of the company focus on training and development of female staff. The company
increases the number of female staff in its leadership teams in order to accomplish goals. With
help of positive leadership skills, the company management team can provide knowledge to
followers and encourage self-confidence.

management skills, decision making, innovative and creative thinking and providing problem
