the other hand management is the process of arranging organization activities for using
resources of firm in effective way and achieve the firm’s targets. Leadership provides the
path to employees on which they have to walk for achievement of firm’s goals and objective
and management is that part of firm which help firm in management of resources for that way
for smooth walk. Leadership is based on number of academic theories such as trait theory,
behavioural theory, transformational theory and many others. these all guide a persona in
leading origination which different ways according to size of firm and its operation , they all
help in management of culture, politics and behaviour of employee in firm, where all
employees work with motivation and enthusiasm, which help them in increasing performance
in working (Bush, 2016). This will also leads in productivity and maximising profits of firm.
Trait theory help in the type of leader for good leader, behavioural theory is that which is
related to work of leader that what leader do and what are the works of good leader. Some of
these theories are stated in these essays which are related to development of leadership skills
in individual for guiding the origination. Here are some key roles of individual which will in
