Company goals and objectives: The goal of the company is to provide the best of the facilities
to the client and the employees.

Leadership Theories
There are different leadership styles. One of them is the autocratic leadership style, which is a
one-dimensional leadership style and which gives full power as well as authority to the higher
authority. In this style, the leader boss and the manager makes the decisions and does not consult
the fellow subordinates (Aithal 2015). Another one is the coaching leadership style, where the
leaders act more like coaches and teachers while supervising the team members. Another one is
the transformational leadership style, which mainly focuses on intellectual stimulation in order to
initiate change in the organization. In this way, transformational leaders to challenge the
expectations to achieve an exceptional result.
Leadership Types
Situational leadership is one such leadership style that has been developed by Kenneth Blanchard
and Paul Hersey. This leadership style refers to a style when a leader or a manager in an
organization adjust to the style of development of his followers in order to influence the
followers. It is upto the leadership to change the style (Dinh et al. 2014). In leadership, it
depends on the leader to change the style and adapt to the leader's style. In this kind of
leadership, the style is not static and depends on the organization. Another style is the
pacesetting style in which the leader is driven and sets the pace to the racing. They push the team
members high and motivate them to run band reach the finish line.

Steve Jobs is the founder of the great multinational company apple inc. While Mahatma Gandhi
is a great political and visionary leader from a different generation. However, both of them had
differences and similarities In their leadership style. Steve Job was more of an authoritarian
leader, and mahatma Gandhi was servent and leader in the spiritual and the political
environment. In the tactics in the massive civil disobedience movement has organized millions of
people in noncooperation. Steve Job, on the other hand, was a dictatorship leadership style
because of his perfectionist quality. He ensured that the employees worked towards the vision of
the company and has an envision to get the better in the world of the improved service. The
similarity is that both of them worked to achieve their goal.
Views on leadership
Being a leader is one of the most gratifying roles one can play. The ability to motivate actions
from individuals in order to achieve the result in not al an easy feature. The leadership position
continuously wears many hats and keeping patience and persistence in order to succeded in the
kind of special type of personality. Being in the position of a leader is to be like the parent of the
organization, and the leaders always expect the best from their employees and motivate them to
achieve the same in the situation. The relationship of the leaders and the employees are best on
the trust where the employees feel free to commit mistake without judgment, and the leader
rectifies it.
What makes an effective leader
An effective leader is a person with passion, and they are larger they are. Leaders who can hold
the dream and the vision is best for the team. An effective leader makes all the courageous and

Reflection on my leadership
My leadership style is the affiliative style because, for me, people come first, and I get close and
personal with the leader. I pay attention to the support and the emotional need of the team
members and strives to open a pipeline which connects me with the team.
I believe in respecting others and maintain honesty. I respect all the team members by listening
to the team and attend them attentively in the situation and value their contribution and being
compassionate in the situation. I also try to maintain honesty in the things I am doing and
communicating with my team
I also believe in good communication and believe that this is the most crucial. Using language in
order to perform in the one to one communication, there are also nonverbal cues in the situation
and also believe in the listening by empathetic with the employees and in the situation
How to motivate
Employees feel motivated in a meaningful contribution, which requires an understanding of how
it makes an understanding (Saeed et al. 2014). Effective leaders will help to shape the
concentration, and delegation is moving tasks into another. Demonstrating that the leaders trust
the employees and belongs to the leader and produces to the followers and attributes the success.
Listening deeply to the members and motivates the members and enhance the value in the
organizations. Giving clear and specific contributions to the same is also one of the great ways to

Objective
The first objective of the leader in the proper organization of the employees. The employees
come from different backgrounds and different viewpoints and the agendas and the working
towards the organization (Nanjundeswaraswamy and Swamy 2014). The prime objective of the
leader is to aim to organize and diverse group of employees; therefore, the objective of the leader
is to work for a lump of common coal and unify the diversified employees. The second objective
is to work towards a common goal as a business goal is involved I multiple objectives; it is the
responsibility of the leader to engage in a bigger goal and provide clarity.
Professional need
The most important leader skill every person what distinguish manager is the strategic thinking
skill (McCleskey 2014). This is the most important thing and is able to idea and the vision able
to achieve. The best strategic thinkers and most the distracted into the side issues and the minor
details. Therefore creating a vision for the company is important as they can communicate
effectively with the followers; therefore, these skills are very much important. The second most
important thing for the leader is t people management skill.
