This essay elaborates personal reflection and the thought leadership, which has been included in
the application of Bloom`s Taxonomy in order to evaluate, and analyze varied definitions of
leadership. This describes various challenges faced by a leader within the organization, which
they are serving. Bloom`s taxonomy is well-known type of learning (Adner, 2016). It is a way of
learning through a level of cognitive thinking skills, which want students to learn specific
materials (Adner, 2016).
Bloom`s taxonomy undertakes to proper understanding of relative concepts such as knowledge,
classify, compare, indicate, translate, associate, explore, explain, infer, paraphrase, and discuss.
Further, it is important to understand, classify, relate, extend, translate, and finally apply, solve,
relate, discover, involve, and calculate. At last, it evaluates, reframe, appraise, prioritize plans,
re-design and support. I as a leader faced a lot of issues in managing the challenges within the
organization. I tries to bring innovation thoughts and ideas that can motivate great success
(Esters, Washington, Gasman, Commodore, O’Neal, Freeman, and Jimenez, 2016). I face issues
in developing organizational effectiveness, inspiring people, developing leadership among the
employees, guiding changes, and managing internal stakeholders. Development of managerial
effectiveness is the challenge to enhancing relevant skills in terms of time management, strategic
thinking, decision making and catch the speed complying with the job to become more effective.
Inspiring variety of people coming from different cultures is quite difficult but I had to apply
different theories as per the type of personality by ensuring work satisfaction and smart working.
Development of employees is biggest challenge faced by leaders inclusive of coaching and
mentoring. Leading a team is one of the main challenge faced by me in regards to make the team

also known as informed opinion leaders and approach people to expertise their fields. A thought
leader opt for SMART approach where I can specify, measure, attain, specific, and time the
goals (Schooley, 2019). In order to become an effective leader, I specified some crucial details in
the accomplishment of goals, decide the appropriate targets, quantify to assess the progress,
make sure that it understand whatever you like to in terms of resources, talent and resources
while achieving it in a definite time. These leaders can be trusted that can motivate people with
innovative ideas, turn the vision into reality, and replicate it in success. While maximizing the
efficiency, it not just the efficiency of a leader that make the organization effective (Schooley,
2019). A leader can also delegate the preferences, understand them, and know people, directing,
reporting, developing, and allowing them to accomplish them in such a way to understand
people. Delegation helps to delegate workload, develop the reports to allow them so to learn and
grab. The main of tasks purpose is to enhance its meaning in order to align the goals with
individual and its purpose within the team and beliefs (Marques, 2015). Delegation helps to
direct the development of reports to learn on new tasks. Delegation can be an opportunity to
undertake a personal growth. Assessment and reward system is directly related to reports and its
help to develop and complete the task properly and reward them at the same time (Marques,
