What are your Best-developed leadership traits, motives, and characteristics?
Answer: In order to understand the characteristics as well as performance ability of a leader
personality trait is very important (Mendenhall et al., 2017). In order to inspire others, the
confidence of the team leaders plays a significant role. By clarifying the vision and mission of a
particular task the expectations of the team members from the team, can be analyzed by the
leader. In terms of ensuring the best performance of a leader, different personality traits such as
emotional stability, self confidence, extraversion and trustworthiness are important. As per my
understanding with the strong self-confidence the performance abilities of a leader can be
effectively enhanced, which brings impact on the leaders decision making ability. With the
proper self-confidence the leader not only inspires himself, but also with the help of strong self-
confidence it becomes easier for the leader to inspire others.
In order to manage a team in proper manner, it is very important for the leader to understand the
emotional needs of individuals. Depending on the emotional stability, interconnection between
the leaders and the team members can be developed, which helps the leader to respond in
emotional situations in proper manner (Savel & Munro, 2016). Emotional stability of a leader not
only helps to deal with the emotional situations but also it plays an important role for reducing
the anger, anxiety and stress.
As per my understanding trustworthiness can be considered as one of the important leadership
traits that can bring significant impact in terms of understanding the intentions as well as motives
of individuals in a team. In order to perform as a team leader is very important for the leader to

Challenges faced by the leaders while communicating through text
Answer: As per my understanding, texting has become one of the popular communication
ways in the current scenario. With the increasing technological changes the adoption ability of
people has got changed. Not only in social life, but also texting has become one of the important
parts in the professional field (Mendenhall et al., 2017). Although the texting has become highly
popular among the people, but it is also true that in case of proper texting the participants should
be consistent, clear, accurate and literate, so that the sender can be able to properly convey the
message to the receiver. Analyzing the challenges faced by the leader while texting, it has been
identified that in some of the cases expressing own point of view to the team members, becomes
challenging for the leader. It is true that in face to face communication process, the speaker can
be able to read the actions as well as body language of the audience that can help the speaker to
understand if the audience are properly listening to the speaker or not. It is true that in some of
the cases leaders fail to inspire the team members through to the texting process. Social Skill as
well as interacting ability can get negatively affected due to the texting process (Savel & Munro,
2016). I strongly believe technical error can create the communicational gap between team
position on team members’ mind, which helps the team members to you contribute in the leaders
decisions implementation process. Extraversion can we considered another important trait of a

person. Rather than reflecting the financial status, it defines the respect and popularity of the
person (Mendenhall et al., 2017). Hence, it cannot be ignored that the dressing of a leader is
important for developing a positive social image. However, it is also true that in order to develop
positive image of a leader on the team members’ mind, expensive dress or fashionable dress does
