the formulation of the policies and strategies for the attainment of the goals of the business.

managers are only responsible to manage all the work related activities. Thus, for this the
manager also need to posses the effective leadership styles and skills and must have knowledge
as to which leadership model need to be applied in which situation.

very good and effective manner.

encouraging person and the good leader.

use some other style of leadership. Thus, for this the company and Mark make use of the
combination of the autocratic, democratic and laissez faire leadership technique.

essential thing is the proper use of the leadership style and if this will be good then the company
will surely attain success.

Notes- The major drawback is that the leader makes the use of transformational leadership by
assuming that people will get motivated. But it is not necessary that the other employees are also
taking the thing with the same perception. Thus, this might create a wrong impression among the
employees and it is not necessary that they work in the same manner.

in the external environment and it is not necessary that all the time the situation are same. Thus,
the selection of the various types of leadership style totally depends on the current situation

governing the working of business. If in case the company is having employees which are not
