your organisation? If you had to prioritise your values to create a list of five, how would you

What advice would you give someone who feels that his or her values conflict with a direct

Answer:
In an organizational structure there is a significant impact of knowing the values and
principles of leadership as it will help them to be more conscious about the capabilities and
the abilities of a leader which includes the ability of decision making. Hence, it can be stated
that following the values of leadership will help the organizational employs as well as the
leaders to maintain healthy workplace environment and it also helps the employs to give
respect towards the leaders which will significantly impact the organizational services.
Followed by the above aspect according to my point of view a list has been provided
below in which the values are placed based on its priority(s):
Respect: represents the capability to show respect to others as well as follow the respectful
action.
Wisdom: Holds the capability to show respect as well as consider the interest of all the
stakeholders.
Courage: Holds the capability to encourage the employs as well as other persons which are
related with the organization.
Integrity: holds the capability to show ethical strength and moral values.
Authenticity: Works with transparency to provide a clear understanding on its actions.

After analyzing the above aspect it has been noticed that obeying the leadership
capabilities in the organizational structure is very important. Hence, if in case there is any
conflict present in the workplace related to the values of his leader I should like to suggest
him to be clam and have a face to face conversation with his leader and concern about the
problems which he is facing.
