Introduction
In order to make people understand regarding the company vision, it is important for the
organization to promote vision in proper manner, so that transparency regarding the
organizational values as well as core development strategies can ensure the trust of people in the
company (Bititci, Cocca and Ates 2016). The purpose of this study is to critically analyze the case
example of ‘visionary leadership at the generics group’ and describe the importance of vision
and its attainability.

Visionary approaches are being considered as the effective process in which by creating
and recreating the empowerment, opportunities are being introduced in the firm (Network 2016).
Analyzing the case study, it has been identified that vision without action can be considered as
just a dream. By continuing this, it can also be said that there are huge differences between
vision and dreams. In case of a visionary leader, the person gets highly aware of the thinking
