Manger was present and also the CEO of the organization reached upon a decision about
certain serious goals that was planned to be undertaken in a span of 5 years.
The review of the meeting included the experience of the company in the new
developmental area. Other than this, the changes that were brought provided a competitive
advantage for the company (Kline 2014). The CEO felt that the innovation was a required
process. The management wants to improve their performance for the future.
Existing visions and mission:
Mission- the mission of the company is to turn out to be a national level supplier of the coffee
espresso machines in the hospitality sector. It wants to establish itself in building a strong
trust among the clients.
Vision- the company intends to focus on the innovative methods to serve their potential
customers. They intend to focus on the new demands and the choices of the existing groups
of customers.
Current approaches:
The current approaches of the organization includes the strategic innovative plan of
Mac Ville. They intend to become a leading national level business organization within few
years’ time.
Revised mission and vision:
New mission: the organization must put more stress on the advertisement strategy and they
must put stress on the customer values.

Strength The company has wide stores in many regions.
The biggest strength of the company is the
quality of the products they have.
Weakness The company is a brand commanding premium
prices. As the competitive pressures increases
the company have the risk of getting weakened
by the lower price of the rival companies such
as Costa Coffee, Starbucks and McDonald.
Threats The biggest threat of the company is the
recession that can also be called as the downturn
in the economy. The spending nature of the
consumer gets changed because of this. The
consumers might suffer from disposable income
to spend. Apart from this the company have to
pay a huge amount of money in extracting the
raw materials (Grant 2016). As the company
tries to provide the best quality it has to spend
the maximum amount of money in buying the
best coffee which can be costly.
Opportunities The organization have the opportunity to make
it more socially responsible brand. They can
develop a better activity of public relations. This

might include the distribution of the equally to
the farmers and similar practices.

PEST analysis:
Political:It was declared by the governing body of many states that the tariff on the import of
the espresso machines will be removed (Loehlin and Beaujean 2016). This would save the
organization from major loss. There is a strong possibility of the introduction to impose
carbon tax on all kinds of energy intensive products that are used for the commercial purpose.
Economic:The organization strengthens the economy of the country as a strong trading
partner. The company trades globally and this is the reason it has a huge role to play in the
increase of the economy of a region.
Social:The organization have served in developing the standard of living of the population. It
has contributed in the steady growth of the population (Montgomery 2017).
Technological: The organization intends to develop the espresso machines that use 30 % less
energy. The home market for the espresso machines are experiencing high growth.
