organisation for accessing different resources. There is need for motivating and helping team
members to do their work in effective manner.
Diverse team members – all the team members working in the company are different and
they have their own experiences and thoughts. Diversity is required for grabbing resources from
different individuals. If the individuals within the team are from different culture, age,
personality then it is easy to bring creativity and broad range of ideas from different people.
Good leadership – A strong team is developed when the leaders there are working under
is trustful and respectful. A good leader is able to manage all fights and conflicts that occur
within teams. An effective and strong leader can provide guidelines and instructions to the team
members and help in achieving desired goals within time (Northouse, 2018).
Organised – Organisation is important for smooth functioning of business. If there is no
proper managing and organising then the workplace becomes chaotic and goals are not achieved.
Each and every individual is responsible for organising the work load. The management of
Johnson ensures that all activities are running according to the plan and work is completed
efficiently. This company organises regular meetings for ensuring that every individual know
what are their job role and how to achieve them.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is concluded that it is very important for the company to
have well organised managers and employees so that organisational goals and objectives are
achieved. The main thing which will help in motivating employees is providing motivation to
employees. This helps in making them work effectively and doing great job. A good leader is
also important for managing organisational work. Management of the company decides how to
work in effective and organised manner.
