1. Being the operations general manager of Max Lionel Relaty (MLR), there are few
conditions that I should follow in order to run the company smoothly. Recently the
organization faced certain incident that can be categorised under the WHS incident.
The responsibilities that the general manager should perform are to do a proper
investigation of the incident. This includes investigating the incident, completing an
incident report, performing the risk assessment and updates the risk register (Bolman
and Deal 2017).
2. Likelihood – By keeping in mind the incident it can be said that if the organization
does not work on the WHS policy it might have the risk of losing the reputation in the
market and it might also have the risk of losing the potential clients.
Consequences – the organization might suffer from a huge loss. This might have an
adverse effect on the revenue of the organization.
Mitigation – in order to mitigate the problem the organization should keep a check on
the jobs of their staffs and they should be offered with training on the way to deal
their clients (Goleman 2017).
3. a). the mission, values and the strategic direction of the organization includes to keep
the organization safe from the potential risk.
b). The objective of the organization can make the standard of the organization better.
This would lead the organization to formulate relevant legislation that would keep the
organization safe from all the risks. In order to make this happen the managers are
responsible.
c). the managers should follow a democratic leadership style. He should provide
support to the staffs and take suggestions from the staffs in order to make the
workplace free from all the risks. He should offer training to the staffs.

d). In order to present the leadership style the media of a training program can be
employed. It can be done in the training hall with the help of a power point
presentation.

staffs should be given the training on the WHS policy.

4. The agenda would include an eight hours training program with two short breaks.
5. a) the complete objective for workshop would include the change that can be brought
inside the organization so that the risk can be dealt.
b). the mangers are supposed to provide training to the participants and they are
supposed to organize the program (Antonakis and Day 2017).
c). the ethical theory should be taught to the employees.
d). the appropriate leadership style is the transformational leadership style.
e). legislation fulfils the legal barriers that might emerge in an organization.
f). the ideas of the team members should be recorded and they should be
implemented.
g). the ideas like brainstorming and flowcharting is an effective idea that can be used
to generate the ideas.
h). The innovative approach would include the feedback process from the participants
of the training.
i). In case of any fault the managers must provide criticism to the staffs. This can be
done in the form of verbal form or in the form of mail.
j). The leadership style that can be employed by the managers is the transformational
leadership style.
