According to my perception, leadership is a process where a leader influence others to achieve the objectives
in an effective manner. There are several factors which affect the business environment which can effect the
working of the business. These factors can include volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA)
business environment with unprecedented challenges faced by the leaders which makes it essential for a leader
to understand the theories which are being introduced for the purpose of better leadership in an organization It
is necessary to consider several leadership styles in order to maintain organizational sustainability and
competitive advantage.
Studying of leadership theories can help leaders to improve their leadership skills which can result in
accomplishing the goals in a more significant manner. I believe that organizational behavior is also a major
element which a leader need to understand in order to achieve its targets and motivate others in a more
significant manner in an organization.

successful. Organizational potential is depended upon several aspects in which leadership is the most essential
aspect to achieve it. Leadership purpose involves dealing with people as well as with the hard inputs.
Potential leadership can lead an organization towards success by achieving its objectives in a more significant
manner. In a recent period of time, industries are evolving on a regular basis which makes essential for an
organization to make changes according to the environment of business.
These changes play a major effect on all the stakeholders of the company it may be positive or negative,
mostly, stakeholders take changes in a negative manner for which the leaders need to understand change
management theory of leadership. Change management strategy includes several aspects which consist of
propose incentives, redefine culture values, exercise authority, recruit champions of change. These all aspects
are to be understand by a potential leader in order to maximise organizational potential.

Motivational theories are of several types which majorly includes Maslow's needs hierarchy. This is a
motivational theory which can help a leader to understand easily and significance of motivation to increase
potential of organization. Maslow's theory of motivation allows a leader to encourage the employees which can
vitally increase higher level needs and makes ensure that these needs are being met.

As per the questionnaire, in tasks I am felling in moderately high range which shows that I help
others by defining their roles and letting them know what is expected of them. In the relationship I am felling at a score of
28 which shows that I am in a low range in relationship. I am more likely to lead with an emphasis on task or with an
emphasis on relationship.
Potential Leadership Style- According to me there are several aspects which are to be understand by me in order to
become a potential leader. A potential leader is effective enough that it achieve all its objectives by preventing all the
issues which are being faced in a business.
Key Strengths - From the above questionnaire, I realise that I am good at several aspects which includes Setting standards
of performance for group members, developing a plan of action for the group, clarifies his or her own role within the
group, discloses thoughts and feelings to group members.
