environment as a section of the social responsibility .company also enables that they can initiates
the sustainable strategies to assist growing awareness (Priest and et.al., 2017). Brakes company
ensues that the while supplying the product which maintains the hygiene as well maintains the
good packaging services which is environment friendly and here the environment issue could be
consider.
Brakes company also insures that change in demand as with the improvise living
standard of the people have a great concern not with the safety but also the quality of the
product. here it impacts of the organization behavior as Change in food demand directly effects
the supply and demand of the company as customer wants more organic as well halal products ,it

individual and team it results, if a individual and team not doing well then leadership will also
impact. A lack of emotional intelligence in the leader may affect the individual behaviour.
Pharmacy 2U's leadership team needs to manage the relationship with the employees to makes
them open and fitted in the environment of the company (Northouse, 2017).
Technological factor: Technologies nowadays are quickly changing. It affects to the
business's productivity. New technology are difficult to understand to the employees and they
were resisted to change isn the technology, it affects on time and cost of production and
individual behaviour of the organisation. Pharmacy 2U Company were going through this
situation and they were provide trainings to there employees and overcome from this situation. If
changes in technology are resisted by the team and individual it will directly impact on
leadership management (Sanders, 2017).
Lack of leadership:” A leader sets the tone of the organisation". The leader not always in
the favour of the employees sometimes leader has to take decision in against of the employees, it
affects the behaviours of the individual and team and also the environment of the company but
the effective leader may connivance the employees. In Pharmacy 2U leader has to taking
decisions regarding employees beneficial things and if the employees not prosperous than it may
cause resistance and strikes and if strikes occurs in the organisation it will impact on leadership.

to employees development as well as organisation's development.

it may influence every individual in the organisation to perform well. Brakes company can also
get affected by the laws, rules and regulations implemented by UK government. (Martin and
