technologies (Card and Nelson, 2019). It provides various benefit to business including
introduction of innovation, saves cost and helps to overcome of competition. This project report
includes study of The Fat Duck which is a UK based organisation providing restaurant service to
their customer. Organisation is providing their service in food and beverage industry. This
project report include case for change in business and also customer insights. It also includes
benefit of fast decision making in business.

their customers as well as to compete with other marketing players in industry (Crittenden and
Peterson, 2019. Digital transformation refers to a proves in which business access technology in
their organisation that change way of operation and provide value to their customers. Digital
transformation which can be adopted by The Fat Duck is use of software to manage order of
their customers and also use of roots for purpose of delivery. Digital transformation is important
for organisation of The Fat Duck for various reason which are as follows:

done through providing them fast delivery of food with contact less serving and also
