advice to its potential customers. It offers Fire alarm maintenance, fire alarm systems and fire
risk assessment throughout United Kingdom (Draxuk.com. 2019). The company offers cost
control services and solutions. Drax technology also offers software and hardware technology to
monitor every events and action of being carried out to meet the regulatory requirements. It
provides fire alarm maintenance, fire risks assessment and other fire alarm systems all around
UK. They had a dominant position in the market however, in the recent years it has lost much of
its market share. Therefore, the company decides bring innovation to its products and services in
order to comply with the changing business environment and meet the changing needs, demands
and requirements of the organization (Draxservices.co.uk. 2019). The company initiates plans to
perform its business operations in an effective and in an efficient manner. In order to do so, the
company needs to take advantage of the emerging technologies and implement them in the
business operations (Anderson et al. 2014). This will enable the company to gain back its
position in the market it takes decision to implement the new emerging technologies like the
artificial business intelligence, machine learning and internet of things in order to create new
products and bring new products and services in the market. The aim and objective of this report
is to analyze the implication of the emerging technologies in the company and the need to
introduce innovative products and services in the market. The report analyzes the changing skills

the organization need to be provided with an opportunity for training and development. The need
for training and development can be addressed by Drax by incorporating programs and initiatives
of training for the employees. The training process will help the employees to efficiency utilize
the emerging technologies and equipments. The training and development opportunity will
enhance the work performance of the employees and enable them to be in compliance with the
