Conclusion Builder and the person should plan for the risk management
before the initiation of the project. Will help the builder and person to avoid the risk. Conflict management strategy helps to manage the conflict
during the project. Leadership quality is also very important for this kind of
project. Seven quality control mechanism also make the project
successful.
