REFLECTION
In this report I learned in brief bout how motivation helps the employees to increase their
efficiency and also help the organization to increase the effectiveness by motivating their
employees. I have also understood the importance of motivation and I will stop wanting more
which will always keep me motivating. The managers also use motivation as the bait to let them
do their work with high effectiveness and also help me reach the depth of how it has impacted
the workforce. Globally motivation has impacted the largest industries and small industries as
motivation is very important aspect to increase the growth of the business as the set target is
achieved by them faster. The need of motivation in the organization and=d even in the personal
activities has changed my perspective of observing things differently(Pousa , Mathieu and
Trepanier, 2017). As motivation has a very big impact in every business and person, and any
person who has the some wants and need which he wants to satisfy the person will be motivated.
I now understand the situation of the employees of the company as if they were not motivated
they would suffer from very much pressure and they will not be able to perform consistently and
will have many anger issues and face depression. The employees have the skills to understand
this behavior and will also have many strategies and methods which will also the employees
morally boosted and increase their efficiency. I might fail to understand that how will
organization deal with the harsh situation when their employees are not interested in their
organizational goals and does not put their hundred percent in their efforts. I have also learned
how value and bonus are two different type of m motivation but are only effective to the
employee according to their personal objective as value give recognition and self loathing charm
and Bonus will increase the financial help of the employee and help him to achieve his personal
goals as the bigger personal goals the higher will be the motivational power(Pousa , Mathieu and
Trepanier, 2017).
The main aspect of motivating the employee is by some influential leaders which I personally
think should be more efficient and knowledgeable and also should have the quality to entice the
willingness of the employees and they must also know how to understand their behavior and help
their employees which will help them to increase their work power and increase the organization
efficiency which is very essential as that is the main objective of the organization and also to
earn profits. Some problems which the leaders or the management of the organization faced are
the lack of leadership in the origination, as I have observed in many instances around me that the

people who are motivated by their leaders are non monetary motivation and only require the
personal skills and knowledge. I have also experience how motivation increase the efficiency of
the work as an example if the a lion is hungry he will be lazy and will not move too much but
when he sees his pray his body start to act very active take effective actions to attack the pray
and fulfill his hunger. The motivation acts as a pray for the employees and the manager is the
hunter in which all the aspect is satisfied (Richardson, 2017). There are many factors which kept
me dilemma as what if an employee does not have any personal goals which will also not allow
them to get motivated. But as per my experience the employee who does not have any desire and
wants are self satisfied and the manager have to make some different strategy so that employees
create the wants and desires by giving them many different set of task and evaluating which task
is better than the other and in which the employee is much effective and have to develop which
all aspects of his personality(Cheng and Humphreys, 2016).
This study also helped me to gain knowledge about different methods of motivation evaluation
by the managers so that they can analyze the behavior of the employees and also different
aspects of the employees to increase their efficiency. The manager also are responsible the
determine whether the needs of the employees are fulfilled or not which are basic needs which
are food, rest and clothes, then comes the safety needs in which the employees should have
safety of the job and also have trust in that. The third need which will arise from this need will be
love affection and willingness to be in support of someone special and to share some different
emotions and feeling like sex. The fourth need after the love affection needs are esteem needs in
which the manager have to recognize their employees so that they respected and also boost their
moral and they will also have a sense of being the authority person and also delighted (Fitch and
Van Brunt, 2016). The last and very important need which will make the employee high
performance workforce of the organization. In which the employee needs are increased and also
need to fell the best employee in its field and also help the employee to achieve what they are
good at. Motivation have also changed my life in the past as it created a sense of responsibility
and which gave me the efficiencies to be punctual in order to be efficient in my career. As
motivation will also help in doing my further ventures as it help me to challenge my upper limits
and push them more further to increase my efficiency this will also help in achieving my goals.
Motivation has also enabled me to be always updated with the latest knowledge so that I can
solve any situation with ease and also increase their efficiency. If I was the owner of the

organization I will help my employees with the help of appointing new employees which will
provide new talents in the organization and will also help the existing employees to also make
them more efficient to take the title of more creative employees. And I will also use the best
strategies to train, recruit, select my employees so that the workforce of my organization is very
effective and also help me to increase the growth of my organization.
