The internal stakeholders include employees, project manager, project co-coordinator,
Assistant manager, project supervisor. The assignment of the employees is to increase the sale of
the product. The assignment of the project manager is to design a plan for evaluation and
monitoring. As per my knowledge, they are also responsible to detect the availability of the
resources and distribution of the products. If any discrepancies are found, then they should report
this to the management of the restaurant.
The external stakeholder is supplier. The major contribution of supplier is to provide the
appropriate delivery of the soya chaap boxes.
