introduce online application where customers can buy their products from anywhere and at
anytime. At this e commerce application they will offer wide range of women, men and kinds
footwear as well as clothing. The main reason behind occurrence of this situation is
enhancement in Australian dollar and increase in overseas competition. For adopting and
launching e commerce application a plan is developed and present in front of Board of directors
of Apparel Brands Pvt. Ltd and for which budget is decided is $ 30,000. Along with this, while
conducting evaluation I analysis that there are serve factors which I have achieved but there are
also some factor which I am not able to meet due to some issues. Goal which I had achieved for
launching online application are that I develop budget, I also decide time duration, I decide what
type of team members I required and many more. Along with this there some goal which I am

distribution company that established in year 1901. They offer wide range of clothing as well as
footwear with fancy and trending designs. Respective company sell their products ranges under
the trusted and known suppliers or retailers for which they generally takes orders from suppliers
and delivers products to them. They are operating their business through offline medium due to
which they are facing several issues like decline in profitability ratio, customers base and many
more (Wilhelm and et. al., 2016). So in order to overcome this situation they are planning to
introduce online application where customers can buy their products from anywhere and at
anytime. At this e commerce application they will offer wide range of women, men and kinds
footwear as well as clothing. The main reason behind occurrence of this situation is
enhancement in Australian dollar and increase in overseas competition. For adopting and
launching e commerce application a plan is developed and present in front of Board of directors
of Apparel Brands Pvt. Ltd and for which budget is decided is $ 30,000. Along with this, while
conducting evaluation I analysis that there are serve factors which I have achieved but there are
also some factor which I am not able to meet due to some issues. Goal which I had achieved for
launching online application are that I develop budget, I also decide time duration, I decide what
type of team members I required and many more. Along with this there some goal which I am
not able to meet in order to launch online application of respective company is that I am not able
to developing proper team. It is so because there is a issues i.e. communication issues due to
diverse culture of employees.
After analysing whole situation I decided develop a team of 4 members who will be
highly skilled and experienced so that me as well as my company gain objective in appropriate
way because they all conduct their work in impressive way. A team refers to a group of an
individual who conduct work together in order to attain common goal which help company in
gaining profitability. In team members are generally collaborate in order to accomplish tasks

members who are skilled, experienced, knowledgeable and from diverse culture. But while
conducting we are conducting work at respective company we go through some issues which
leads to conflict. This is occurring because all the team members are highly skilled and
experienced but another main reason behind occurrence of conflict is diverse culture of

in developing and creating effective team i.e. Tuckman team development theory. First stage is
forming in which team members start communicating each other and try to identify the ways in
which they can conduct work. Second stage is storming at which conflict take place because
member’s personal agenda as well as at this stage members start questioning decision making
authority. Third stage is norming stage at which team members finds the ways in order to resolve
conflict and starts co-operating each other. At last at the fourth stage i.e. performing at which
team member combinable perform the work in order to attain goal and objective of company.
By adopting this Tuckman team development theory I able to develop effective team
which will me and my company i.e. Apparel Brands Pvt. Ltd to launch or introduce online store
in effective manner. After development of team I will develop strategies so that Apparel Brands
Pvt. Ltd can overcome issues and problems in effective manner and at proper period of time.
Some of the major strategies which are developed by me for avoiding issues are I will provide
training and development programmes to employees so that they can understand each other
effectively. Along with this I will also conduct meeting or discussion session on regular basis so
that I can avoid issues or conflict and launch online application successfully and effectively. I
will also conduct brain storming session where all employees interact with each other properly as
well as by this they also understand each other properly that help in ignoring conflict situation at
workplace. Another main strategy that I will adopt is group activities at this stage I will organize
group activities so that teams members able to understand each other in effective manner in order
