INTRODUCTION
Changes refer to the modifications and enhancement in current working practices in order
to bring improvement in current working practices. For this purpose, entrepreneurs are required
to identify changes and implement those changes for betterment of business entity. The present
report is undertaken in order to enhance level of understanding regarding changes within entity

which is based on United state of America. It offers range of products such as groceries, home
appliances, electronics and more. Here, comparison of two organizations in terms of impact on
organizational strategy and operations has been covered in the assignment along with the
influence of internal & external drivers over leadership and team behavior. There are certain
measures going to discussed with an aim to mitigate adverse impact of changes. Further, barriers
of change and their impact over decision making have also been covered in the following
assignment along with various approach of leadership in context of organization.
