Managing a project is one of the critical and most vital process for any project. The
processes of project management are defined as the process that gets administered via regular
and a systematic process of planning and control through the services that are implemented
within the management process of the project (Kerzner, 2017). Implementing suitable project
management process helps in determining the risk that are associated with any project while
properly managing and mitigating the issues so as to overcome the future risks. The best methods
to choose the project management strategies had been described in detail in the Project
Management Book of Knowledge. It consists of effective methods and techniques so as to assist
in the structural approach of analyzing the resources that are essential to schedule the
management of the projects with the help of various project management processes that are
mentioned within the PMBOK.
Managing the projects within construction industries consists of several well-defined
processes which helps in directing, regulating and supervising the project during its early
development till its entire construction (Todorović et al., 2015). While initiating a construction
based project, several aspects do exists within the management process which includes selection
of the suitable suburb while deciding on the land size, obtaining necessary permits while
breaking down the work into specific tasks, choosing the best constructor depending on the
design and planning of the project, and most importantly choosing the proper stakeholders for
the project. Hence based on the mentioned aspects, further discussion is thus made taking into
account the PMBOK guide so as to develop the project on dream home.

Choosing the suburb for the dream house:
As per the project of developing of dream home concerns, it is very much important to
choose the suburbs while deciding on the size of the land where the project would be developed.
Choosing the proper suburbs for a dream home building plan helps in ensuring the safety of the
living while helping to find a peace and quiet place to live in (Hughes, Champion & Murdoch,
2015). The choice of selecting a proper suburb for the project while considering the several
aspects of project management process includes factors such as vacancy rates, rental population,
cost factors and many more which needs to get approved by the Key start initiative held by the
government of Western Australia. While considering the different aspects like cost and time
frame, amenities and infrastructures, loan criteria, the suitable suburb that has been selected for
developing the dream home project is Dalkeith. It is a Perth suburb situated at Western Australia
in the city of Ned lands. It is ranked as the first best suburb in Western Australia while providing
benefits of a perfect suburb consisting of clean and green, safe and sound surroundings which is
very much suitable for building the dream house project.
Deciding over the size of the land:
Deciding over the size of the land before the starting of the project is an important step as
it helps the constructors to plan their design based on the size of the land while planning out the
structures of the land accurately and safely that suits best to the land size. Deciding on the size of
the land helps in aligning the project with the suitable methods that will be utilized within the
managing of project in its later stages. The Dalkeith suburb region that is selected for the project
is regarded as one of the affluent suburbs to the western part of Australia. It is within the close
proximity to the city of Perth and is the home to some of the finest mansions of Perth. The region

basks within a breathtaking view of the river Swan. It is just six kilometers from the city of Perth
and is comprised of some beautiful leafy suburb within the municipality of the city of Nedland.
The region has ranked number one within the suburbs while offering a truly desirable lifestyle. It
is meant mainly for residential areas and is the best place to develop any dream house project as
the place consists of several beautiful parks as well as reserves. The region is also well facilitated
with local recreational facilities such as football club, bowling club as well as local primary
schools. Besides all these the transportation facilities of Dalkeith includes smooth availability of
bus services, coach services and train services. The size of the land that would require to build a
dream home depends on the accommodation of the family members based on the number of bed

management towards building dream home project includes-
1. Improving the overall quality of the project: Customers get more attracted towards
quality projects and hence it is essential to maintain the overall quality of the dream home
project by adding values to the products that gets used within the project.
2. Observing and recording the steps involved within the project: Observing the project
process while recording its steps is one of the lean approaches that helps in achieving the
lean project management (Iqbal et al., 2015). This would in turn affect the end result of
the project while helping the project owner to analyses the mistakes that are likely to take
place within the project and preventing them further for any major risks in future.
3. Organizing a lean team: It is due responsibility of the project owner to develop and
