living while helping to find a peace and quiet place to live in (Hughes, Champion & Murdoch,
2015). The choice of selecting a proper suburb for the project while considering the several
aspects of project management process includes factors such as vacancy rates, rental population,
cost factors and many more which needs to get approved by the Key start initiative held by the
government of Western Australia. While considering the different aspects like cost and time
frame, amenities and infrastructures, loan criteria, the suitable suburb that has been selected for

benefits of a perfect suburb consisting of clean and green, safe and sound surroundings which is
