As one of the directors of a project management consultancy it can be said that our business
organization has decided to work on government projects thus the lean project management
principles can be very much useful to face the complexities of the government projects. It can be

deal with the issues faced in each of the phases of specific projects (McKay, Monga & Raj, 2016).
The lean design, lean supply and lean assembly can be very much important to manage the

detailed implementation procedure of the lean project management principles will be informed to
each of the stakeholders using this memo. The outline of the memo will be presented in the ensuing
section of the paper.

The memo will be addressing most of the Critical success Factors which are needed by this

organization. The reason behind the implementation can also be understood from the paper
(Rahiminejad & Vahidi, 2017). The paper will also help in highlighting the benefits which will be

paper. The training requirement for each of the staffs after the implementation of the lean project
management principles will also be stated in this memo (Luthra, Garg & Haleem, 2015). The
acceptability of the principles which has been incorporated in the working environment of this
consultancy will also be discussed in the paper. The initial reasons behind the implementation of the
lean principles for business organizations will be discussed in the next part of the assignment.

As mentioned by Abu Bakar, Subari & Mohd (2015), the lean project management

the productivity as well as the efficiency of the stakeholders involved in the business. The
researcher of the paper stated that the upstream decisions of the organization can be significantly
improved using the lean project management principles. It can be said that the life cycle of the
product offered by business organization can be improved in a structured manner using the leading
lean projects. The prime limitations of the paper is that does not highlighted all the essential lean
project management principles (Rodriguez-Segura et al., 2016). The value of each of the principles

was also not mentioned by the researcher of the paper. However, this paper also have numerous
benefits as it provides a detailed description of the successful implementation of the lean project

significant impact on this project. The interest of the stakeholder has to be aligned with the
discussed CSF so that there are no issues of the during the implementation of the lean principles
(Yeoh & Popovič, 2016). It can be said that the working structure of the organization can remain
unchanged using the discussed CSF's. All thw workable backlogs of the organization can also be
improved using the CSF. All the weekly work plans can be sorted using the mentioned CSF. It can
also be said that the commitment of the stakeholders can also be managed using the CSF
(Emmanuel, 2016). The organizational culture of this project management consultancy can also be
improved using the Critical Sucess factors. The following section of the paper will be presenting
each step for the implementation of the lean principles considering each of the categories of the

this organization . The problem solving skills can also be incorporated into the employees of this
organization in an organized manner using the training schedules. The mutuals goals and the LSS
goals can have to be aligned with each of the stakeholders of this project. The customer
management system can also play a huge role for both the clients as well as the employees of the
organization regsarding the insight knowledge about the lean principles (de Sousa et al., 2018).
Work and the task analysis of each of the stakeholders can be also monitored in a better way if each
of the employees are aware of the complexities of the lean principles. Setting up of the expectations
from each of the stakeholders are done using the technical training procedures (Disterheft et al.,
2015). The practicality of the method regarding the adoption of the LPM so that it would be
beneficial for the tendering activity of the government will be described in a detailed manner in the
