Analysing the number of mistakes made – During the project, employees made a lot of errors
and those are required to learn new things but improving in those mistakes are essential to make
progress as well which is necessary for the growth in the future. It is needed for the employees
and the organisation to achieve success to work according to the new concept LPM in the
company.
Conclusion
In this report, the organisation wants to achieve some government projects and forgetting those
government projects, and organisation has to manage some of their projects with LPM in the
organisation. Ensuring critical success factor will be helpful to the organisation to adopt LPM in
the company. The importance of lea project management and its benefits to the company and
employees itself has been discussed. For this, the training requirements and tools such as VSM
(Value stream mapping) have been addressed in this report. The importance of measuring
metrics and steps which would help access government projects has been explained in this
report.

as well. Six sigma measuring metrics will be very helpful and useful to achieve success in that
(Westgard, et. al., 2018).
Time to respond – Projects often comes with some guidelines and time limit as well. It is
imperative to complete that project in time. It is essential for the reputation of the company in the
market and for getting more government projects which will be helpful in company’s growth and
success as well. It helps to reduce costs.
