requirements of the resources for the organizational structure. It can be understood that this is
most necessary for the organization to have the valuable and desired resources to develop the
organizational structure more accurately. And the management programs help to determine and
evaluate the requirements of resources (Chiu & Wang, 2015). If a company will achieve the
resources as per the requirement and also achieve the information and resolution about the risk,
then it can be defined as a successful and developed organization and all these approaches can be
easily achieved by the use of lean project management. Thus, it can be stated that the lean project
management is the most necessary concept for organizational growth and development.
Benefits to stakeholders
The stakeholders can be stated as the most necessary and essential key elements of the
organizational structure. The stakeholders are the people or department which directly or
indirectly correlates with the organizational structure and behaviour. An organization cannot
exist if it will not attain a good and valuable completion of stakeholders. The examples which
include in stakeholders are like creditors, investors, government, employees, and so on. The lean
project management not only provides the benefits and efficiency to the management of
organizational productivity, on the other hand, but it also provides some specific benefits to the
stakeholders of the organization (Emblemsvåg, 2014).
Government: The government plays a very significant role in the management of the
policies of an organization and so that with the consultancy Deloitte as it is a valuable
and developed consultancy and also had adopted some policies regulated by the
government. The lean project management provides stability to the structure and working
of the organization. This stability directly improves the performance and sustainability of
the workplace. If the workplace improves the performance than the work of government
will be refused as then, they will not have to make some policies to develop the growth
and organizational structure. Thus, the LPM positively impacts the efficiency and
effectiveness and efficiency of government working culture (Eskerod, et al., 2015).
Investors: The investors are the key elements which help to maintain and achieve the
strong financial structure of the organization. If the organization wants to achieve the
goals and objectives them, the major concern is about the balance of financial structure.

invest in the productivity and services of the organization. But here the most necessary
thing is to make some strategies and projects which can help to achieve the interest of
investors. The LPM helps to make some strategies which help to achieve the goal.
Employees: Employees can be referred to as the base of the organization as they are the
people who make their efforts to make their imagines come true. The organization cannot
exist without having creative and innovative employees. But the thing which is of major
concern is to determine and understand the needs of both the employees and employer to
make and maintain a balanced workplace and these balance can be easily achieved by the
use of lean project management. As the most necessary thing for the employees can be to
have the determination about their work role, and future goals and these administration
helps them to understand and define their uncertainties (Franz, 2018).
Customers or clients: The customers are the reason for product and services. But the
major concern is to make some approaches will help to attract the people towards
productivity. The lean project management provides some effective strategies which help
to make some attractive productivities which help to attract the people towards their
business.
Critical success factors of lean project management
As discussed, the lean project management is a very necessary and significant approach to get
growth. But the growth and development can only be attained if there should be a proper
determination about the way to implement the approach in a significant way (Ray, et al., 2018).
The current world is full of competition, and everyone wants to achieve the growth and
development and many of the things and wants to adopt the strategies of lean project
management, but there is a big difference between planning and implementation. The planning
requires creativity the most, whereas the implementation includes different aspects to be
followed. The success factors of lean project management are:
Determination about the project: To make the project successful, the major concern is
to determine the basics of the project. The basic refers to the requirements, needs,
positive and negative aspects of the proposal as it is not that easy to maintain the project
without adapting the overall research about the project. The lean project management is a

crucial concept, but at the same time, it is beneficiary for the organizational growth
(Gaudenzi, & Christopher, 2015).
Appropriate training to employees: This is understood that the employees are the
essential key to portrait the imagination in reality so they can be taken as the major part
of the project implementation. But the thing which needs to be determined is that the
employees can only serve their goof services if they have the appropriate idea about the
working and relevancy of the project. So if the organizations want to have some good
results with the efforts of employees, the first thing is to provide good and effective
training to employees.
The proper strategy to be followed: As described the lean project management is a
crucial task to be followed and it requires a good and strict approach to be fulfilled as it
contains some basic and important things to be followed. If the organizations want to
achieve strong and impactful management, then a proper strategy is foremost required.
The strategic work will help the employees as well to understand the objectives of the
organization (Miles, 2017).
Allocation of resources: The most necessary thing which requires by the employees to
make the imaginations real is the appropriate resources as the resources are the most
necessary thing to determine capabilities and evaluate the skills of employees. The other
advantage of resources is this are the approaches which help to determine the further
needs of the organizational structure (Mobley, et al., 2018). As stated, lean project
management is the most necessary and tricky concept and is the organizations want to
achieve the goal; then this is necessary to make the proper allocation of resources.
These are some factors which can help to achieve significant growth and development while
implementing lean project management.
Steps to ensure CSF are in place and how to achieve the LPM mindset within the consultancy
staff
Understand the evaluation of CSF: The panning is easy to create and the CSF also not
that hard to be implemented, but the thing which is most necessary to determine is about
the correct and proper implementation of the plan (Rose, et al., 2018). To understand the
evaluation, the most necessary step is to determine the relevancy of approaches offered

(Gaudenzi, & Christopher, 2015).

the plan. To determine the relevancy of the CSF factors or to define whether the CSF is in
right place organization can do these steps: A proper determination about the implication
of CSF for this implication organization can use these approaches.
o Level of organizational growth with the current client base.
o Enactment progress within the business.
Create a leader for every CSF: This is necessary to determine the relevancy the
appropriate approaches of the CSF. The strategy which can help to achieve the
determination of critical success factor is to establish a leader on each CSF. The leaders
will critically analyse whether the approach is going in the right direction or require some
further improvements. The other benefits which can be achieved by appointing a leader
us that it will help to update and create some other aspects about the approach. If the
organization is able to appoint a good leader with good leadership skills, then they can
tend the structure towards the effective workplace (Moriarty, 2014).
Tracking CSF: This is discussed and mentioned as well that the lean project
management is essential to get growth and development and also discussed some specific
ways to understand the appropriate approaches to implement and evaluate the specific
plan. But the strategies can only help to implement the plan, and the implementation can
give the growth as well, but if the organizations want to obtain the growth for a long time
of period, then the most necessary thing is to update and track the ideas timely as the
tracking of the CSF refers to the critical evaluation of the techniques and approaches
adopted by the plan. The other benefit of this observation is that it helps to determine the
current and actual stage of the plan. This determination critically helps to determine about
the further and required approaches to improve the CSF. The updated and improved CSF
can help to achieve stable and sustainable growth and development.
If the organization wants to achieve and implement the success via the help of LPM, then this is
most necessary to make the staff understand about the need and urgency of the use of LPM. The
verbal information about strategy will not be fair enough to achieve the goal (Saier, 2017). This
is most necessary for the employees to have some real time examples of success so that they can
determine the ability to use the LPM in a more significant way.

by businesses. It is the way to plan for business. The sequence of the task is made in a step by
